To access, correct, export or delete personal data — your own, or a child profile linked to your account — support@curie-ai.co. Send it from the email address on the account, and tell us:

• The email address the account is registered under.
• What you'd like (access, correction, export, deletion, or to stop further collection/use), and which child profile if relevant.
• Any deadline you're working to, if applicable under local law.

We verify that a request comes from the account holder before acting on it, to protect the child. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

For anything urgent about a child's safety or wellbeing, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional directly rather than waiting for an email reply.
